Care of Physical Fitness in the Elderly

Abstract
In modem life, people tend to lack of general exercise including walking, which leads to decrease the physical fitness and ultimately to have little resistance to disease. So, the aged should make effort in preventing the decrease of physical strength, which frequently result in the lose of walking ability.
The more old population increase, the more geriatric disease increase rapidly. Since the geriatric disease is progressed in being without notice and lacks subjective symptom, it is frequently finded in fairly advanced condition.
The aerobic exercise prevent the arterio-sclerosis, diabetes, obesity and the degeneration of bones and joints. No matter what sex, physical type and character we have if we are over 30 years old, we are getting into an aging process. Walking is effective to have stronger muscles and better blood flow. Jogging make heart be strong and improve the heart function, that has made rapid recover from fatigue.
The aerobic exercise has an effect in prevention and treatment of diabetes because it consumes glucogen in the muscle and bring down blood sugar. Improvement of blood circulation in general clear up fatique in the regions of a body.
Constant practice of this exercise have an effect, by perspiration and respiration, on the treatment of obesity. Also, stimulation from lower extremities works to the brain cell and thus, prevents aging and retain men¢¥s youthfulness.
Physical exercise should be properly limited according to the private physical condition and ability. Excessive exercise bring about physical inability though it have momentarity some effect in improving the function of exercise. Therefore, one should keep in mind that excessive exercise can be resulted in negative effect on human health.
